Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Can I bring my own food & drinks?
    Yes, however we only allow fast food, snacks & drinks to prevent strong smell from lingering in the room which will affect the next customers’ experience.
    Upon checkout we will conduct a check on the room for any damages/stains to our furniture.
    We would impose a $50 – $100 cleaning fee should there be any additional cleaning required.
  2. Do the rooms have CCTV?
    There are CCTV in the common walkway. All our rooms do not have any CCTV to ensure full privacy of our customers.
  3. Are our rooms fully private?
    Yes, all our rooms come with a door but do not have lock.
  4. Do I have to sign into my own movie streaming account?
    Patrons will need to sign in using their own accounts (eg, Netflix, Disney Plus). We are unable to provide movie streaming account due to licensing issue.
  5. How clean is our room?
    All rooms are fully cleaned and sanitized after each session.
  6. What is the maximum pax allowed for each room?
    Each booking is for 2 pax only. Additional charges will apply for the 3rd & 4th pax.
    There will be an additional $15 charge individuality for the 3rd & 4th pax. The maximum is 4 pax in a room.
  7. Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
    We do not allow cancellation or refund once your booking is confirmed. We can allow up to 1 time reschedule of booking, subject to room availability.
    Please notify us 3 days in advance before your book date. So sorry we DO NOT reschedule bookings if your date is less than 3 days away.
  8. Are there any age restrictions?
    We have a minimum 16 years old age requirement for all our guests. For any guests who are under 16 years old, a legal guardian accompaniment would be required to enter the premises.
